The international scientific conference Ius publicum and ius privatum – effective state and protection of individual rights in the 21st century aims to present by experienced scientific workers but also those at the beginning of their scientific career, the relationships, interpenetration, interdependence, complementarity of public law and private law in the Polish legal system, against the background of European law and the achievements of the development of the Republic of Poland in confrontation with social and economic phenomena observed in the 21st century.
